Hearers and Doers

What does that look like? We go to where people, loved ones, neighbors, are in life – emotionally, and spiritually in their physical locale. We enter their lives. We build relationships. We genuinely care about them and their eternal destiny. Our aim should be to introduce them to Jesus. So when Jesus gives us His invitation to “Come! Follow Me,” we can take up our cross and follow Him.

From Sideline to Training Field

We may tremble with apprehension as we witness Bible prophecy being fulfilled right before our eyes but hear the firm but assuring words of the Lord, “Fear not, for I am with you; be not dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you; I will help you; I will uphold you with My righteous right hand” (Isaiah 41:10).

Oren

The creator stripped Oren’s beauty from him. For the first time in his life, Oren felt naked. All his flaws that he had guarded so religiously were exposed. He began to feel shame. He wanted to hide, but there was no place to run; no place to hide.
