We can be encouraged by knowing God’s power and might, His love and His grace. Isaiah 43:1b says, “Fear not, for I have redeemed you; I have called you by name; You are mine.”

When Herod the king heard the words “King of the Jews,” he immediately feared a threat to his rule and was bent on finding the child. He had no intention of worshipping or adoring this child.
