Introducing My Guest

Special GuestGood Morning, Loved Ones,

I would like to introduce my guest Marsha Bradt who was the first one to respond to my invitation to write what’s on your heart to stangers in place, but not strangers in heart.  I just know you will find Marsha’s words  encouraging and uplifting. Marsha is a long-time friend, loves the Lord, loves people, has a contagious smile and loves to encourage others.  Marsha Bradt, M.A. is a Student Success Coach at College of Adult & Proessional Studies/Graduate School/ Seminary at Bethel University.

From Marsha to you:

I usually pray for people while I get ready for my day. A great, quiet space before the day begins, and everyone in the house is awake. And as I was praying the Holy Spirit reminded me of some words He gave to me many years ago. Great words. Powerful words. 🍁

  • Equipping
  • Empowering
  • Encouragement
  • Enabled
  • Embodied
  • Emboldened
  • Enlightened

These are just a few things the Holy Spirit does for us throughout our lives and days and moments. He equips us for the mission He has for each one of us.  He empowers us to do everything well and according to His will. He continuously, without stopping, encourages our hearts every step of our way. He is faithful to enable us to do all that He requires of us. He embodies us, filling us up with His powerful Holy Spirit. As He emboldens us, we fill up with His courage and confidence. AND. He enlightens us when we feel like we’re in the dark about our lives. Love the definition of enlighten. “Give (someone) greater knowledge and understanding about a subject or situation.” Thank You Lord!!  💕It seems like craziness is everywhere. But it’s just a symptom of the massive fear that is gripping everyone’s hearts these days. When we, as people, are absorbed in fear, nothing else can happen. Gratitude, thankfulness, kindness, peace, love, joy, patience, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control ALL DISAPPEAR in the presence of fear. That’s probably why God tells us 365 times in the Bible “not to fear.” One reminder for everyday of the year. (Just in case we forget from one day to the next.) 🌿🌿We all have people in our lives that make it almost impossible to love them. But despite this fact, God still commands us to love them because He knows (infinitely) how much we all need to be loved and cared for. But the really cool part of this command  from God is that He gives us His power and ability to do it  and do it well. He  loves the hard-to-love people in a tangible way through us. ❤Hoping that the Lord has encouraged your hearts through these words. Actually they are His words. 🌷
