Burt slid his arm around my shoulders and pulled me closer and nodded to me with tear-filled eyes. I know my eyes reflected back my total fear and deep dread of radiation, but I nodded my consent much like a soldier would do when he surrenders in combat.

Leap of Death
You raise your eyebrows in apprehension as a man with a parachute strapped to his back takes a running leap. He pulls the ripcord and his canopy opens displaying its many colorful stripes. On each stripe you notice the name of a good work the man apparently had accomplished in his lifetime.
Mystery Mansion – Part One
We ventured into “Mark’s Gospel Room.” The room had minimal décor, but the walls were covered with strips of paper from ceiling to floor with the entire gospel – minus chapter and verse numbers – in a lovely handwritten style on each strip. We read what we could, looking for our answers. Again, all to no avail.
